मुख्यमंत्री गहलोत का महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय, राजस्थान में सभी श्रेणियों के लिए न्यूनतम मजदूरी में सात रुपए प्रतिदिन की बढ़ोतरी
जयपुर, @Dainikkhabraan। मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने प्रत्येक वर्ग के लिए न्यूनतम मजदूरी की दरों में सात रुपए प्रतिदिन की बढ़ोतरी करने के प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दी है। सरकार द्वारा जारी बयान के अनुसार, प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी मिलने के बाद अब अकुशल श्रमिक को 252 रुपए के स्थान पर 259 रुपए प्रतिदिन या 6,734 रुपए प्रतिमाह, अर्द्धकुशल श्रमिक को 264 रुपए के स्थान पर 271 रुपए प्रतिदिन या 7,046 रुपए प्रतिमाह और कुशल श्रमिक को 276 रुपए के स्थान पर 283 रुपए प्रतिदिन या 7,358 रुपए प्रतिमाह तथा उच्च कुशल श्रमिक को 326 रुपए के स्थान पर 333 रुपए प्रतिदिन या 8,658 रुपए प्रतिमाह मजदूरी प्राप्त होगी।
प्रस्ताव के अनुसार, मजदूरों एवं कामगारों के आर्थिक हित को ध्यान में रखते हुए पुनरीक्षित दरों को एक जुलाई, 2021 की पिछली तारीख से लागू किया जाएगा।
श्रम विभाग ने न्यूनतम मजदूरी अधिनियम 1948 के तहत 56 नियोजनों में न्यूनतम मजदूरी की वर्तमान दरों में उपभोक्ता मूल्य सूचकांक में जुलाई, 2020 से जून, 2021 तक कुल 12 माह की अवधि में हुई वृद्धि के अनुसार न्यूनतम मजदूरी दरों में प्रतिदिन सात रुपये की वृद्धि करने का प्रस्ताव वित्त विभाग को भेजा था। उल्लेखनीय है कि न्यूनतम मजदूरी की दरों में पिछली वृद्धि 27 रुपये प्रतिदिन एक जुलाई, 2020 से लागू की गई थी।

Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has approved the proposal to increase the rates of minimum wages by seven rupees per day for each category. According to the statement issued by the government, after the approval of the proposal, the unskilled worker will now get Rs 259 per day or Rs 6,734 per month instead of Rs 252, the semi-skilled worker will get Rs 271 per day or Rs 7,046 per month instead of Rs 264 and the skilled worker will get Rs 276. Rs. 283 per day or Rs. 7,358 per month in place of Rs. and highly skilled worker will get Rs. 333 per day or Rs. 8,658 per month instead of Rs. 326.
According to the proposal, keeping in mind the economic interest of laborers and workers, the revised rates will be implemented from the retrospective date of July 1, 2021.
According to the increase in the Consumer Price Index in the present rates of minimum wages in 56 employments under the Minimum Wages Act 1948, from July, 2020 to June, 2021, the minimum wage rates are to be increased by seven rupees per day. The proposal was sent to the Finance Department. It is noteworthy that the last increase in the rates of minimum wages was implemented from July 1, 2020, by Rs 27 per day.
