बीजेपी के पूर्व सांसद साइबर ठगों के शिकार में फंसे, महिला की अश्लील फोटो दिखाकर ठगे…..
शाहजहांपुर, @Dainikkhabraan। उत्तर प्रदेश के शाहजहांपुर से हैरान कर देने वाला मामला सामने आया है। जहां पर बीजेपी के पूर्व सांसद मिथलेश कुमार साइबर ठगों के शिकार में फंस गए। मिथलेश कुमार को बदायूं के दातागंज विधानसभा का प्रभारी नियुक्त किया गया है. वो इस दौरान कंट्री इन होटल में रुके हुए थे। बीते 7 फरवरी की रात में उनके मोबाइल पर एक वीडियो कॉल आया, जिसमें ठगों ने महिला को अश्लील तरीके से दिखाया और फिर एसएचओ साइबर सेल के नाम से उनके पास फोन आया। ब्लैकमेल कर उनसे 25 हजार 125 रुपये मांगे गए। रुपये देने के बाद उनसे और पैसे मांगे। इस पर उन्होंने सिविल लाइंस थाने में मुकदमा दर्ज कराया।
सिविल लाइंस थाने में दर्ज मुकदमे के मुताबिक, पूर्व सांसद चुनाव प्रचार के लिहाज से यहां आए थे। शहर के एक होटल में सात फरवरी की रात ठहरे हुए थे। देर रात उनके मोबाइल पर एक वीडियो कॉल रिसीव करने पर वीडियो में महिला की अश्लील तस्वीर दिखाई दी। वह समझ नहीं पाए और उन्होंने तुरंत ही फोन काट दिया। इसके बाद उस महिला द्वारा फिर से फोन आया और 10 हजार रुपये मांगे। इस पर उन्होंने पैसे देने से मना कर दिया और उसका फोन नंबर ब्लॉक कर दिया।
इसके बाद 8 फरवरी को फिर पैसे की मांग की गई और कहा गया कि मैं गौरव मल्होत्रा साइबर एसएचओ बोल रहा हूं। आपका एक वीडियो मेरे पास आया है जो यूट्यूब पर अपलोड है, मैं उसका नंबर दे देता हूं।
आप बात कर लीजिए। इसके बाद उन्हें बताया कि तुम्हारा वीडियो यूट्यूब पर अपलोड है। आप ₹25,125 आधे घंटे में जमा कर दो, फिर हम इस वीडियो रोक कर उस लड़की को गिरफ्तार कर लेंगे। अन्यथा इस वीडियो को हम वायरल कर देंगे और तुम समाज में मुंह दिखाने के काबिल नहीं रहोगे। उनके द्वारा दिए गए नंबर पर ₹25,125 दो भाग में 22000 और 3125 भेज दिए।
इसके बाद फिर से राहुल शर्मा ने ऐसे ही तीन वीडियो और बताते हुए ₹75,375 रुपये की डिमांड की। पूर्व सांसद मिथलेश कुमार ने कहा कि मुझे धोखे से फंसाया गया और मुझे मानसिक रुप से प्रताड़ित किया गया। इस मामले पर एसपी सिटी प्रवीन सिंह चौहान ने बताया कि फिलहाल गौरव मल्होत्रा, राहुल शर्मा और अज्ञात महिला कॉलर के खिलाफ धारा 500, 384 IPC और आईटी एक्ट की धारा 66 D के तहत मुकदमा कायम कर लिया गया है। विवेचना में जो भी तथ्य सामने आएंगे, उनके आधार पर कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
