हजारों में सिर्फ़ दो बच्चीयों में होता है AB निगेटिव ब्लड ग्रुप, लावारिश बच्ची भी इसी दुर्लभ ब्लड ग्रुप की
झुंझुनूं, @dainikkhabraan। राजस्थान के झूंझूनू जिले में पीएमओ एवं वरिष्ठ शिशु रोग विशेषज्ञ डॉ. वीडी बाजिया ने बताया कि राजकीय बीडीके अस्पताल झुंझुनूं में भर्ती लावारिश बच्ची की स्थिति अभी भी नाज़ुक बनी हुई है। बच्ची की सांस दर,हृदय गति, सेचुरेशन, पीलिया आदि की निरंतर मानिटारिंग की जा रही है।
वरिष्ठ शिशु रोग विशेषज्ञ डॉ जितेंद्र भाम्बू ने बताया कि बच्ची में पिलिया होने पर ब्लड की जांच की गई । तो पाया गया कि बच्ची का ब्लड एबी निगेटिव है,जो काफ़ी दुर्लभ है। एबी निगेटिव ब्लड ग्रुप हजारों में दो बच्चीयों में होता है। लावारिस बच्ची भी इसी दुर्लभ ग्रुप की है। ऐसे बच्चों को खून की आवश्यकता होने पर, खून की उपलब्धता काफ़ी मुश्किल होता है। परंतु ऐसे बच्चें, अन्य को रक्तदान कर जीवनदायिनी भी होते हैं।
डॉ भाम्बू ने बताया कि एबीओ ईंन-कंम्टैबिलिटी के कारण पीलिया की संभावना ज्यादा रहती है।
डॉ बाजिया के अनुसार बच्ची के स्वास्थ्य में निरंतर हल्का हल्का सुधार आ रहा है।तथा फोटोथैरैपी को जारी रखा जा रहा है।
Only two girls out of thousands have AB negative blood group, unclaimed girl also belongs to this rare blood group
Jhunjhunu: PMO and Senior Pediatrician Dr VD Bajia said that the condition of the unclaimed girl admitted in Government BDK Hospital Jhunjhunu is still critical. Continuous monitoring of the baby’s breathing rate, heart rate, saturation, jaundice etc. is being done.
Senior Pediatrician Dr Jitendra Bhambu said that the blood test was done when the girl had jaundice. So it was found that the girl’s blood is AB negative, which is very rare. AB negative blood group occurs in two girls in thousands. The unclaimed girl also belongs to this rare group. When such children require blood, the availability of blood is very difficult. But such children are also life-giving by donating blood to others.
Dr Bhambu said that due to ABO in-compatibility, the chances of jaundice are high.
According to Dr. Bajia, there is a slight improvement in the health of the girl child. And phototherapy is being continued.
