बीकानेर: नाकाबंदी तोड़ भागी जीप का पीछा कर 3 क्विंटल से अधिक पोस्त पकड़ा…..
बीकानेर@Dainikkhabraan। जिले के राजियासर इलाके की छतरगढ़ रोड पर बुधवार सुबह जीप सवार बदमाश पुलिस नाका तोड़कर भाग निकला। बदमाश के नाका तोड़कर भागते ही पुलिस टीम ने पीछा शुरू कर दिया।
अभी जीप कुछ ही दूर पहुंची थी कि सड़क किनारे पेड़ से टकरा गई। जब तक पुलिस टीम मौके पर पहुंचती बदमाश अंधेरे का फायदा उठाकर भाग निकला। जीप की तलाशी ली तो उसमें 3.42 क्विंटल पोस्त बरामद हुआ।
पुलिस ने थाना क्षेत्र की छतरगढ़-सूरतगढ़ रोड पर बुधवार सुबह नाका लगा रखा था। इस रोड पर पुलिस टीम आने जाने वाले वाहनों की जांच कर रही थी।
इस दौरान छतरगढ़ रोड पर स्कॉर्पियो आती नजर आई। इसे हाथ के इशारे से रोकना चाहा तो ड्राइवर गाड़ी भगा ले गया। वह जीप लेकर निकला तो पुलिस ने उसका पीछा शुरू कर दिया।
वह अभी कुछ दूरी तक ही भागा था कि जीप सामने सड़क किनारे पेड़ से टकराकर बुरी तरह डैमेज हो गई। जीप का ड्राइवर नीचे उतरकर अंधेरे का फायदा उठाते हुए भाग गया। जब तक पुलिस टीम पहुंचती उन्हें मौके पर जीप खड़ी मिली। जीप की तलाशी ली तो इसमें 3.42 क्विंटल पोस्त भरा हुआ था।
पुलिस के अनुसार, तस्कर का कनेक्शन जोधपुर हो सकता है। जिस सफेद रंग की जीप में पोस्त ले जाई जा रही थी। वह उदयपुर नंबर की है लेकिन अब तक की जांच में सामने आया है कि यह अभी जोधपुर के किसी आदमी के नाम रजिस्टर्ड है। ऐसे में पुलिस जीप मालिक के जरिए आरोपी तस्कर तक पहुंचने की कोशिश कर रही है।

The police had put up a blockade on the Chhatargarh-Suratgarh road of the police station area on Wednesday morning. The police team was checking the oncoming vehicles on this road.
During this, Scorpio was seen coming on Chhatargarh Road. When he tried to stop it with a hand gesture, the driver drove the car. When he left with a jeep, the police started chasing him.
He had just run for some distance when the jeep was badly damaged after hitting a tree on the roadside in front. The driver of the jeep got down and fled taking advantage of the darkness. By the time the police team reached they found the jeep parked on the spot. When the jeep was searched, it was filled with 3.42 quintals of poppy.
According to the police, the connection of the smuggler could be Jodhpur. The white colored jeep in which Poppy was being carried. She is of Udaipur number but in the investigation so far it has come to the fore that it is currently registered in the name of some person from Jodhpur. In such a situation, the police is trying to reach the accused smuggler through the jeep owner.
