गाइडलाइन की अवहेलना करने वालों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्यवाही करे जेईटी, जिला कलक्टर एवं जिला मजिस्ट्रेट ने ली बैठक….
बीकानेर, @Dainikkhabraan। जिला कलक्टर एवं जिला मजिस्ट्रेट भगवती प्रसाद कलाल ने सोमवार को ज्वाइंट एनफोर्समेंट टीमों (जेईटी) के प्रभारियों की बैठक ली तथा कोविड गाइडलाइन की अवेहलना करने वालों के विरूद्ध सख्त कार्यवाही के निर्देश दिए।
उन्होंने कहा कि जेईटी द्वारा पुलिस एवं प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों के साथ अपने-अपने क्षेत्र के संयुक्त दौरे किए जाएं तथा गाइडलाइन की अवहेलना करने वालों के विरूद्ध सख्ती बरतें। जेईटी द्वारा मास्क नहीं लगाने वालों के विरूद्ध चालान किए जाएं। टीमें होम क्वारेंटाइन पॉजिटिव मरीजों को भी चेक करें तथा क्वारेंटाइन का उल्लंघन पाए जाने पर कानूनी कार्यवाही हो।
विवाह सहित अन्य समारोहों का भी औचक निरीक्षण किया जाए तथा भीड़भाड़ पाए जाने पर सख्त कार्यवाही हो। व्यावसायिक प्रतिष्ठानों पर गाइडलाइन तथा यहां कार्यरत कार्मिकों की वैक्सीनेशन संबंधी सूचना चस्पा हो एवं बिना मास्क ग्राहकों को सामग्री विक्रय पाए जाने पर दुकानदार के विरूद्ध कार्यवाही हो। इसी प्रकार तिपाहिया वाहनों पर बैठने वाले लोग यदि बिना मास्क पाए जाते हैं, तो वाहन चालक के खिलाफ कार्यवाही की जाए।
उन्होंने कहा कि गाइडलाइन की पालना करवाना हमारी संयुक्त जिम्मेदारी है। इसमें किसी स्तर पर ढिलाई नहीं बरती जाए। उन्होंने बताया कि वर्तमान में होम क्वारेंटाइन का उल्लंघन करने वाले 108 लोगों के विरूद्ध कार्यवाही की गई है। इस दौरान अतिरिक्त जिला कलक्टर (नगर) अरुण प्रकाश शर्मा तथा जेईटी प्रभारी मौजूद रहे।
JET, District Collector and District Magistrate took strict action against those who disobey the guideline….
Bikaner, @Dainikkhabraan. District Collector and District Magistrate Bhagwati Prasad Kalal took a meeting of the in-charges of Joint Enforcement Teams (JET) on Monday and directed for strict action against those who disobeyed the Kovid guidelines.
He said that joint tours of their respective areas should be made by JET with police and administrative officers and strict action should be taken against those who disobey the guidelines. Challans should be made against those who do not apply masks by JET. Teams should also check home quarantine positive patients and legal action should be taken if quarantine violations are found.
Surprise inspection should also be done for other functions including marriage and strict action should be taken if overcrowding is found. Information related to guidelines and vaccination of personnel working here should be pasted on commercial establishments and action should be taken against shopkeepers if they are found selling material to customers without masks. Similarly, if people sitting on three wheeler vehicles are found without masks, then action should be taken against the driver.
He said that it is our joint responsibility to get the guidelines followed. There should not be any laxity in this. He said that at present, action has been taken against 108 people violating home quarantine. During this, Additional District Collector (city) Arun Prakash Sharma and JET in-charge were present.
