6 माह से दुष्कर्मी की कैद में नाबालिग: आरोपियों ने बेटी के पिता को धमकाया, खेत से उठा ले गया था बदमाश
बांसवाड़ा, @dainikkhabraan। नाबालिग लड़की को 6 महीने से बंदी बनाकर उसके साथ दुष्कर्म करने का मामला सामने आया है। पीड़ित पिता की रिपोर्ट पर सदर थाना पुिलस ने मामले में FIR दर्ज की है।
पीड़ित ने पुलिस के समक्ष आशंका जताई कि उसकी पुत्री गभर्वती भी हो सकती है, जबकि उसकी उम्र महज 16 साल है। दुष्कर्मी उसकी नाबालिग बेटी को पत्नी बनाना चाहता है। पीड़ित परिवार ने नाबालिग को घर लाने के प्रयास किए, लेकिन आरोपी परिवार की ओर से उसे डरा धमकाकर भगा दिया गया।
पीड़ित पिता ने पुलिस को दी रिपोर्ट में बताया कि उसकी नाबालिग बेटी, जिसकी जन्म दिनांक एक जनवरी 2005 है। करीब 6 महीने पहले खेत पर काम कर रही थी। तभी सुनील पुत्र ईश्वर मईड़ा उसके साथियों के साथ वहां आया।
आरोपी बेटी को बहला फुसलाकर बाजार ले जाने के बहाने कहीं ओर ले गया। इसके बाद से उसकी बेटी का लंबे समय तक पता नहीं चला। जानकारी आने के बाद पीड़ित ने आरोपी के घर संपर्क किया। साथ ही बेटी को वापस सौंपने की मांग की। यहां आरोपी परिवार के सदस्यों ने प्रतिष्ठा मानते हुए बेटी को वापस लौटाने से इनकार किया। वहीं मरने मारने पर आमादा हो गए। यह देख पीड़ित उसकी बेटी को वहीं छोड़कर वापस लौट आए।
पीड़ित पिता ने बेटी को नाबालिग को आरोपी के चुंगल से मुक्त कराने की मांग की। वहीं अंदेशा जताया कि उसकी बेटी के साथ निरंतर हो रहे दुष्कर्म से वह गर्भवती हो सकती है।
सामाजिक लिहाज से यह ठीक नहीं है। पीड़ित पिता ने आरोपी सुनील के अलावा उसके पिता ईश्वर मईड़ा, रकमा पुत्र कानजी मईड़ा एवं धुलिया मईड़ा को भी नामजद कर मामले में लिप्त होने के आरोप लगाए हैं। मामले की जांच हेड कांस्टेबल केशव चंद्र कर रहे हैं।

The victim’s father told the police in the report that his minor daughter, whose date of birth is January 1, 2005. Was working on the farm about 6 months ago. Then Sunil’s son Ishwar Mayda came there with his companions. The accused lured the daughter and took her somewhere on the pretext of taking her to the market. Since then his daughter was not known for a long time.
After getting the information, the victim contacted the accused’s house. Also demanded to hand over the daughter back. Here the members of the accused family refused to return the daughter, considering it a prestige.
There he was determined to die. Seeing this, the victims returned leaving his daughter there. The victim’s father demanded the daughter to free the minor from the clutches of the accused. At the same time, it is feared that due to the continuous rape of her daughter, she may become pregnant. This is not good from a social point of view.
Apart from the accused Sunil, the victim’s father has also accused his father Ishwar Mayda, Rashma’s son Kanji Mayda and Dhulia Mayda of being involved in the case. Head constable Keshav Chandra is investigating the matter.
