घटना सत्तासर निवासी प्रेम सोनी के साथ घटित हुई है। एक महिला और दो दलालों के झांसे में आकर वह शादी करने के लिए मध्य प्रदेश गया था। लेकिन वहां जिस लड़की से मिलाया वह छोटी उम्र की थी। युवक ने फोटो में दिखाई लड़की से ही शादी कराने की बात कही। तब सोनी को एक ऐसे स्थान पर ले जाया गया, जहां आठ-दस लड़कियां थीं। उसे उनमें से एक लड़की पसंद करने को कहा गया। लेकिन सोनी ने मना कर दिया।
इस पर लड़की दिखाने ले गए शख्स ने उसके साथ मारपीट की और रुपए छीन लिए। सोनी को जान बचाकर भागना पड़ा। सोनी ने बताया कि वह दो दलालों के साथ 27 अक्टूबर को मंसोर गया था।
दलाल वहीं रुक गए और उसे एक अज्ञात व्यक्ति के साथ बाइक पर अकेले भेजा। वह व्यक्ति सोनी को करनेल ले गया। सोनी का कहना है कि शादी का झांसा देकर दलालों ने उससे एक लाख दस हजार रुपए, मंगल सूत्र और एक जोड़ी चांदी की पायल ली थी। अब वापस नहीं लौटा रहे हैं।
पीडित प्रेम सोनी ने एसपी को इस संबंध में परिवाद देकर आपबीती सुनाई। एसपी ने छत्तरगढ़ एसएचओ को मामले में कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।

The incident happened with Prem Soni, a resident of Satsar. Under the guise of a woman and two touts, he had gone to Madhya Pradesh to get married. But the girl whom he met there was of a young age. The young man talked about marrying the girl shown in the photo. Soni was then taken to a place where there were eight or ten girls. He was asked to like one of the girls. But Sony refused.
On this, the person who took the girl to show him beat her up and snatched the money. Soni had to run for her life. Soni told that he had gone to Mansoor on 27 October with two touts.
The broker stopped there and sent him alone on a bike with an unknown person. The person took Soni to Karnal. Soni says that on the pretext of marriage, the touts had taken one lakh ten thousand rupees, mangal sutra and a pair of silver anklets from her. Not returning now.
Victim Prem Soni narrated the ordeal by giving a complaint to the SP in this regard. The SP has directed the Chattargarh SHO to take action in the matter.
