केजरीवाल को धमकी देने के आरोप में भाजपा नेता तजिंदर बग्गा को पंजाब पुलिस ने किया गिरफ्तार
चंडीगढ़, @Dainikkhabraan। कश्मीर फाइल्स को लेकर दिल्ली के CM अरविंद केजरीवाल पर विवादित टिप्पणी करने के आरोप में दिल्ली भाजपा के नेता तजिंदर बग्गा को पंजाब पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। साइबर सेल की टीम ने यह कार्रवाई की है, उनके खिलाफ मोहाली साइबर थाने में केस दर्ज है। बग्गा को पंजाब पुलिस ने जांच में शामिल होने का नोटिस दिया था लेकिन वे इसके लिए नहीं पहुंचे थे।
बग्गा के करीबियों के मुताबिक करीब 12 गाड़ियों में 50 पुलिसकर्मी उनके दिल्ली स्थित घर पर पहुंचे। परिजनों ने कहा कि पहले कुछ पुलिस वाले घर के अंदर आए। उन्होंने कुछ देर बात की। जिसके बाद बाहर से बड़ी संख्या में पुलिसकर्मी घर में घुस गए और बग्गा को पकड़कर ले गए। बग्गा का मोबाइल भी पुलिस ने कब्जे में ले लिया। आप विधायक नरेश बाल्यान ने बग्गा की गिरफ्तारी के बारे में जानकारी दी।
पिता ने पुलिस पर लगाया आरोप बोले- पुलिसवालों ने मेरे मुंह पर मुक्का मारा
तजिंदर बग्गा के पिता प्रितपाल सिंह ने कहा कि ‘पंजाब पुलिस के लोग तजिंदर को खींचकर ले गए। उन्हें पगड़ी भी नहीं पहनने दी। जब मैंने वीडियो बनाने की कोशिश की, तो मुझे रोककर एक कमरे में ले गए। वहां मेरे मुंह पर मुक्का मारा गया। पंजाब पुलिस मेरा फोन भी छीनकर ले गई। अरविंद केजरीवाल मेरे बेटे को जबरदस्ती फंसाना चाहते हैं।’ इसके बाद प्रितपाल बग्गा बेटे के बारे में जानकारी लेने जनकपुरी थाने पहुंचे।
कपिल मिश्रा बोले- बग्गा सच्चा सरदार, डरेगा नहीं
भाजपा नेता कपिल मिश्रा ने कहा कि बग्गा एक सच्चा सरदार है। उसे इस तरह की हरकतों से न डराया जा सकता है और न ही कमजोर किया जा सकता है। मिश्रा ने कहा कि पंजाब पुलिस का इस्तेमाल केजरीवाल की पर्सनल नाराजगी और खुन्नस निपटाने के लिए किया जा रहा है। यह पंजाब और पंजाब के जनादेश का अपमान है। वहीँ, बग्गा की गिरफ्तारी को कांग्रेस ने गलत करार दिया है। कांग्रेस नेता अलका लांबा ने कहा कि अरविंद केजरीवाल अपने एजेंडे के लिए पंजाब पुलिस का गलत इस्तेमाल कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने बग्गा की गिरफ्तारी के तरीके पर ऐतराज जताया।
AAP प्रवक्ता के बयान पर दर्ज हुआ था केस
दिल्ली के भाजपा नेता तजिंदर बग्गा पर यह केस आप के प्रवक्ता सन्नी आहलूवालिया के बयान के आधार पर मोहाली साइबर क्राइम सेल में दर्ज हुआ था। शिकायतकर्ता सन्नी आहलूवालिया ने बग्गा पर केजरीवाल को जान से मारने की धमकी देने का केस दर्ज कराया था। यह केस IPC की धारा 153A, 505, 505(2) और 506 के तहत दर्ज किया गया है। इस बारे में बग्गा के एक विवादित ट्वीट का हवाला दिया गया है। जो दिल्ली विधानसभा में कश्मीर फाइल्स मूवी पर केजरीवाल के बयान के बाद किया गया था। शिकायतकर्ता का आरोप है कि बग्गा ने केजरीवाल को धमकी भरे लहजे में एक के बाद एक ट्वीट किए।
BJP leader Tajinder Bagga arrested by Punjab Police for threatening Kejriwal
Chandigarh: Delhi BJP leader Tajinder Bagga has been arrested by the Punjab Police for making controversial remarks on Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal over Kashmir files. The team of Cyber Cell has taken this action, a case has been registered against them in Mohali Cyber Police Station. Bagga was given a notice by the Punjab Police to join the investigation but he did not turn up for it.
According to Bagga’s close friends, 50 policemen reached his Delhi home in about 12 vehicles. The relatives said that first some policemen came inside the house. He talked for a while. After which a large number of policemen from outside entered the house and took Bagga away. Bagga’s mobile was also seized by the police. AAP MLA Naresh Balyan informed about Bagga’s arrest.
Father accused the police and said – the policemen punched me in the face
Tajinder Bagga’s father Pritpal Singh said that the people of Punjab Police dragged Tajinder away. He was not even allowed to wear a turban. When I tried to make a video, I was stopped and taken to a room. There I was punched in the face. The Punjab Police also took away my phone. Arvind Kejriwal wants to forcefully implicate my son. After this, Pritpal Bagga reached the Janakpuri police station to inquire about the son.
Kapil Mishra said – Bagga is a true Sardar, will not be afraid
BJP leader Kapil Mishra said that Bagga is a true Sardar. He cannot be intimidated or weakened by such antics. Mishra said that Punjab Police is being used to settle personal resentment and anger of Kejriwal. This is an insult to Punjab and the mandate of Punjab. At the same time, Congress has termed the arrest of Bagga as wrong. Congress leader Alka Lamba said that Arvind Kejriwal is misusing Punjab Police for his agenda. He objected to the manner in which Bagga was arrested.
Case was registered on the statement of AAP spokesperson
This case against Delhi BJP leader Tajinder Bagga was registered in Mohali Cyber Crime Cell on the basis of statement of AAP spokesperson Sunny Ahluwalia. Complainant Sunny Ahluwalia had filed a case against Bagga for threatening to kill Kejriwal. This case has been registered under sections 153A, 505, 505(2) and 506 of IPC. A controversial tweet by Bagga has been cited in this regard. Which was done after Kejriwal’s statement on Kashmir Files movie in Delhi Assembly. The complainant alleges that Bagga tweeted one after the other in a threatening tone.
