चुरू, @dainikkhabraan। राजस्थान के चुरू से हैरान कर देने वाली घटना सामने आई है। जहां पर 26 जनवरी की रात एक दलित युवक का अपहरण किया गया। पहले उसे जमकर पीटा फिर जबरन उसे शराब और पेशाब पिलाया गया। पीड़ित ने पुलिस को बताया कि उसे रस्सी से बांधकर लाठी, डंडों से पीटा और जातिसूचक गालियां दीं। इस मामले में पुलिस ने आठ लोगों के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज की है और दो को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। अन्य आरोपी फरार बताए जा रहे हैं जिनकी तलाश की जा रही है।
पीड़ित युवक ने अपनी शिकायत में पुलिस को बताया है कि 26 जनवरी की रात करीब 11 बजे वो अपने घर पर था। गांव का ही रहने वाला उमेश नाम का शख्स उसके पास आया और उसे आवाज लगाकर गेट के पास बुलाकर साथ चलने के लिए कहा। पीड़ित राकेश ने जाने से इंकार कर दिया।
इस पर उसके साथ आए अन्य सात आरोपियों ने उसे जबर्दस्ती कार में बैठा लिया और खेतों की तरफ ले गए. खेत में ले जाकर आरोपियों ने पहले पीड़ित को जबरन शराब पिलाई. शराब की बोतल खाली होने पर राकेश, राजेश, उमेश, ताराचंद, अक्षय, दिनेश, बिदाड़ी चंद और बीरबल ने उसमें पेशाब किया और पीड़ित मेघवाल को जबर्दस्ती पिलाया, आरोपी यही नहीं रुके। उन्होंने पीड़ित की जातिसूचक गालियां देते हुए लाठी व रस्सी से बेरहमी से पिटाई की।
युवक के बेहोश होने पर उसे मरा समझ कर आरोपी उसे वहीं छोड़ फरार हो गए। पीड़ित ने बताया कि पिछले साल होली के मौके पर उसके एक खास वाद्ययंत्र बजाने को लेकर उमेश व अन्य आरोपी उससे नाराज हैं।
आरोपियों ने युवक को जातिसूचक गालियां देते हुए करीब आधे घंटे तक डंडे और रस्सी से पीटा। युवक को मारते-मारते अधमरा कर दिया। दलित युवक के बेहोश होने पर उसे मरा समझकर आरोपी वहीं छोड़ गए। 25 वर्षीय पीड़ित राकेश ने दर्ज शिकायत में जाट समुदाय के 8 युवकों के खिलाफ अपहरण, मारपीट और जातिसूचक गालियां देने का आरोप लगाते हुए शिकायत दर्ज करवाई है।
पुलिस ने इस पर कार्रवाई करते हुए दो युवकों को गिरफ्तार किया है। साथ ही 6 आरोपी फरार बताए जा रहे हैं। जिनकी तलाश में पुलिस जगह-जगह दबिश दे रही है। इस मामले में पुलिस ने 143, 323, 365 (अपहरण) और SC/ST (अत्याचार निवारण) अधिनियम 1989 की धाराओं के साथ साथ आईपीसी की धारा 382 के तहत मामला दर्ज कर लिया है। पुलिस का कहना है इस मामले को गंभीता से लिया जा रहा है दोषियों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जारी।

When the liquor bottle was empty, Rakesh, Rajesh, Umesh, Tarachand, Akshay, Dinesh, Bidadi Chand and Birbal urinated in it and made the victim Meghwal drink forcibly, the accused did not stop there. They beat up the victim mercilessly with sticks and ropes while abusing casteist.
When the young man fainted, mistaking him as dead, the accused left him there and fled. The victim told that Umesh and other accused are angry with him for playing a special instrument on the occasion of Holi last year.
