जादू टोना कर महिला से रेप, मामला जान उड़ जाएंगे होश
डूंगरपुर, @Dainikkhabraan। राजस्थान के डूंगरपुर जिले की दोवड़ा थाना पुलिस ने जादू टोना करने के नाम पर एक महिला से दुष्कर्म के आरोपी को आज गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। आरोपी तीन महीने से फरार था, जिसे संगमेश्वर की पहाडिय़ों से गिरफ्तार किया गया है। गिरफ्तार आरोपी थाने के टॉप टेन अपराधियो में शामिल था।
जिले के दोवड़ा थानाधिकारी कमलेश चौधरी ने बताया कि 12 नवंबर को 2021 को एक महिला ने केस दर्ज करवाया था, जिसमे बताया था कि उसकी बेटी घर से बिना बताएं कही चली गई थी, जो कुछ दिनों बाद वापस लौटी। 21 अक्टूबर 2021 को वह और उसके पति घर पर थे, उसी समय मसाणिया निवासी वखतराम (45) पुत्र रूपलाल परमार मीणा घर पर आया। उसने कहा कि उसकी बेटी पर किसी ने जादू टोना कर दिया है, इसलिए वह चली गई थी।
वखतराम परमार ने इसके लिए टोटका करने की बात कहीं। अगले दिन 22 अक्टूबर को वखतराम परमार मीणा फिर से उनके घर आया और टोटके के लिए एक नारियल लेकर हवन कर राख को नाले में विसर्जन करने की बात कही। इसके लिए उसने एक औरत के हाथों से ही विसर्जन करने के लिए कहा। वखतराम, महिला और उसका बेटा तीनों बाइक लेकर गए, जंहा वखतराम ने महिला के बेटे को आगे भेज दिया। इसके बाद महिला और वखतराम नारियल की राख को नाले में विसर्जित करने चले गए। वहां वखतराम ने महिला से दुष्कर्म किया और किसी को बताने पर जान से मारने की धमकी दी और डर के कारण महिला ने घटना के बारे में किसी को नहीं बताया लेकिन वखतराम के बार-बार प्रताडि़त करने से परेशान महिला ने अपने पति को घटना के बारे में बताया और दोवड़ा थाने में केस दर्ज करवाया गया।
थानाधिकारी कमलेश चौधरी ने बताया कि घटना के बाद मामले की जांच के लिए कांस्टेबल खुशपालसिह, पुष्पेंद्रसिंह और देवीलाल की टीम ने जांच शुरू की। घटना के बाद से फरार आरोपी वखतराम परमार की गिरफ्तारी के लिए कई बार दबिश दी। थानाधिकारी ने बताया कि आरोपी वखतराम को संगमेश्वर की पहाडिय़ों से आज गिरफ्तार कर लिया है और पुलिस उससे पूछताछ कर रही है।
Rape of a woman by doing witchcraft, the matter will fly away
Dungarpur. Dovda police station of Dungarpur district of Rajasthan has arrested an accused of raping a woman in the name of practicing witchcraft. The accused was absconding for three months, who has been arrested from the hills of Sangameshwar. The arrested accused was among the top ten criminals of the police station. Kamlesh Choudhary, Dovda police station officer of the district said that on November 12, 2021, a woman had filed a case, in which it was told that her daughter had gone away from home without informing, who returned after a few days.
She and her husband were at home on October 21, 2021, when Masaniya resident Vakhtram (45) son Rooplal Parmar Meena came to the house. She said that someone had cast a spell on her daughter, so she left. Vakhtram Parmar talked about doing tricks for this. The next day on 22 October, Vakhtram Parmar Meena again came to his house and took a coconut for the trick and asked him to do a havan and immerse the ashes in the drain.
For this he asked to immerse himself with the hands of a woman. Vakhtram, the woman and her son took all three bikes, where Vakhtram sent the woman’s son forward. After this the woman and Vakhtram went to immerse the ashes of the coconut in the drain. There Vakhtram raped the woman and threatened to kill her if she told anyone, and due to fear, the woman did not tell anyone about the incident, but due to Vakhtram’s repeated harassment, the woman told her husband about the incident.
Told me and a case was registered at Dovda police station. SHO Kamlesh Chaudhary said that after the incident, the team of constables Khushpal Singh, Pushpendra Singh and Devilal started investigation to investigate the matter. After the incident, raided several times for the arrest of the absconding accused Vakhtram Parmar.
The SHO said that the accused Vakhtram has been arrested from the hills of Sangameshwar today and the police is interrogating him.
