CM बोले- REET रद्द करने में दो मिनट लगते हैं: हर गलती कीमत मांगती है, जिसने गलती की, उसे कीमत चुकानी पड़ेगी
जयपुर, @dainikkhabraan। रीट पेपर लीक मामले में राजस्थान माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष डीपी जारौली की बर्खास्तगी और दो एसोसिएट प्रोफेसर्स के सस्पेंशन के बाद मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने कई और आरोपियों पर कार्रवाई करने के संकेत दिए हैं। गहलोत ने कहा कि इसमें कोई व्यक्ति विशेष की बात नहीं है। आपराधिक लापरवाही भी कार्रवाई का बहुत बड़ा कारण होता है।
गहलोत ने कहा कि हर गलती कीमत मांगती है। 20 साल पहले मैं मुख्यमंत्री बना तो मेरे इस सेंटेंस को एक मैग्जीन ने कोट भी किया था। हर व्यक्ति की जिंदगी में हर गलती हर क्षेत्र में कीमत मांगती है, इसलिए जिसने गलती की उसे कीमत चुकानी पड़ेगी। मुख्यमंत्री के इस बयान के बाद कयास लगाए जा रहे हैं कि पेपर लीक मामले में कई और बड़े नाम सामने आ सकते हैं।
गहलोत ने कहा हर राज्य के अंदर ऐसी गैंग बन चुकी है। बिहार, यूपी के अलावा मध्यप्रदेश में भी व्यापमं घोटाले की गैंग बनी। ये गैंग देश में बेरोजगारी के कारण बन रही है। आज लोग नौकरी के लिए तरस रहे हैं। इसमें भयंकर करप्शन हो रहा है। राजस्थान सरकार ने भनक लगते ही एक्शन लेकर एसओजी को जिम्मेदारी सौंपी। जिसने बहुत कम समय में वो कर दिखाया जिसकी किसी को उम्मीद नहीं थी।
नेता प्रतिपक्ष ने एसओजी की जांच की तारीफ की थी
गहलोत ने कहा कि कल नेता प्रतिपक्ष गुलाबचंद कटारिया ने भी एसओजी की जांच की तारीफ की थी। मैं समझता हूं कि थोड़ा इंतजार करना चाहिए। हमने एक्शन लेकर कई लोगों को बर्खास्त और सस्पेंड किया है। कुछ और लोगों के नाम आए और उनसे पूछताछ हुई है। धीरे-धीरे जांच आगे बढ़ेगी। जब कन्फर्म होगा कि उन लोगों के कारण ही सब कुछ हुआ है, तो उन्हें बर्खास्त करने की कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
आगामी विधानसभा सत्र में बिल लेकर आएंगे
बोर्ड अध्यक्ष डीपी जारौल के अलावा बोर्ड सचिव आरएएस अरविंद कुमार सेंगवा, सहायक निदेशक एचआरडी और गणित के एसोसिएट प्रोफेसर डॉ. सुभाष यादव और प्रशासन शाखा में लगे केमिस्ट्री के एसोसिएट प्रोफेसर डॉ. बीएस बैरवा को सरकार ने निलंबित किया है।
गहलोत ने कहा प्रदेश सरकार ने हाईकोर्ट पूर्व जज की कमेटी बनाई गई है, ताकि भविष्य में ऐसी नौबत न आए। सरकार अगले विधानसभा सत्र में नकल और पेपर लीक मामलों के खिलाफ सख्त कानूनी प्रावधान करने के लिए बिल लेकर आ रही है। जिससे किसी की ऐसी हरकतें करने की हिम्मत नहीं हो।
CBI जांच, दोबारा परीक्षा कराने के फैसले में 2 मिनट लगता है
गहलोत ने विपक्ष से अपील करते हुए कहा कि यह लाखों बेरोजगारों के भविष्य का सवाल है, इसलिए वह ऐसा सुझाव दे जिससे भविष्य में ऐसी नौबत न आए। केवल आलोचना करना, सीबीआई जांच मांग करना, दोबारा परीक्षा कराने की बात कहना तो बहुत आसान है। इसका फैसला करने में भी 2 मिनट लगता है, लेकिन उसका रिजल्ट क्या होगा, एग्जाम खिसक जाएंगे तो वापस कब शुरू होंगे। बाकी भर्तियां भी रुक जाएंगी। प्रदेश सरकार ने 1 लाख से ज्यादा लोगों को नौकरियां दे दी हैं। 90 हजार से ज्यादा की नौकरियों का प्रोसेस चल रहा है। क्या उन भर्तियों को रोक दिया जाए?
25 लाख बच्चों का भविष्य दांव पर है
गहलोत ने कहा कि REET परीक्षा में 25 लाख बच्चों का भविष्य दांव पर लगा है। 15-16 लाख बच्चों ने एक्जाम दिया है, उन पर क्या बीत रही होगी। कुछ केन्द्रीय मंत्री, राज्य में बड़े पदों पर बैठे बीजेपी नेता बिना विचार कुछ भी बोल जाते हैं, जिससे बच्चे डिमोरलाइज और कन्फ्यूज होते हैं।
गहलोत ने पेपर लीक और परीक्षाओं में भ्रष्टाचार का बड़ा कारण बेरोजगारी को बताया। उन्होंने विपक्षी नेताओं पर आरोप लगाया कि वह ऐसे हालात बनाना चाहते हैं, जिससे आगे की भर्तियां इस बहाने रुक जाएं। उन्होंने कहा बीजेपी राज में भी पेपर आउट हुए थे। कांग्रेस ने आंदोलन भी किए,लेकिन तब क्या कार्रवाई हुई, जबकि कांग्रेस सरकार ने गम्भीरता से जांच शुरू की और आरोपी पकड़े गए हैं।

After the dismissal of Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education Chairman DP Jarauli and suspension of two associate professors in the reet paper leak case, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has indicated to take action against many more accused. Gehlot said that it is not a matter of any particular person. Criminal negligence is also a major cause of action.
Gehlot said that every mistake demands a price. When I became the Chief Minister 20 years ago, this sentiment of mine was also quoted by a magazine. Every mistake in every person’s life demands a price in every field, so the one who made the mistake will have to pay the price. After this statement of the Chief Minister, speculations are being made that many more big names may come out in the paper leak case.
Gehlot said that such a gang has been formed inside every state. Apart from Bihar, UP, a gang of Vyapam scam was also formed in Madhya Pradesh. This gang is being formed due to unemployment in the country. Today people are longing for jobs. There is terrible corruption going on in this. The Rajasthan government took action as soon as it was realized and handed over the responsibility to the SOG. Who did that in a very short time which no one expected.
Leader of Opposition praised SOG’s investigation
Gehlot said that yesterday Leader of Opposition Gulabchand Kataria had also praised the investigation of SOG. I understand that you should wait a bit. We have dismissed and suspended many people by taking action. The names of some more people have come up and they have been questioned. The investigation will progress gradually. When it is confirmed that everything has happened because of those people, then action will be taken to sack them.
Will bring the bill in the upcoming assembly session
Apart from Board President DP Jaraul, Board Secretary RAS Arvind Kumar Sengwa, Assistant Director HRD and Associate Professor of Mathematics Dr. Subhash Yadav and Associate Professor of Chemistry in Administration Branch Dr. BS Bairwa have been suspended by the government.
Gehlot said that the state government has constituted a committee of former High Court judges, so that such a situation does not arise in future. The government is coming up with a bill in the next assembly session to make strict legal provisions against copying and paper leak cases. So that no one dares to do such things.
CBI inquiry, decision to conduct re-examination takes 2 minutes
Appealing to the opposition, Gehlot said that this is a question of the future of lakhs of unemployed, so they should give such suggestions so that such a situation does not happen in future. It is very easy to just criticize, demand a CBI inquiry, ask for re-examination. It also takes 2 minutes to decide this, but what will be its result, if the exam will slip, then when will it start again. Rest of the recruitments will also stop. The state government has given jobs to more than 1 lakh people. More than 90 thousand jobs are being processed. Should those recruitments be stopped?
The future of 25 lakh children is at stake
Gehlot said that the future of 25 lakh children is at stake in the REET exam. 15-16 lakh children have given the exam, what must be happening to them. Some Union ministers, BJP leaders sitting in high positions in the state speak anything without thinking, due to which the children are demoralized and confused.
Gehlot cited unemployment as the main reason for paper leaks and corruption in examinations. He accused the opposition leaders of wanting to create such a situation, so that further recruitments are stopped on this pretext. He said that even in BJP rule there were papers out. Congress also did agitations, but what action was taken when the Congress government started the investigation seriously and the accused have been caught.
