संसद का बजट सत्र आज से शुरू
दिल्ली, @Dainikkhabraan। आज से शुरू हो रहे संसद के बजट सत्र के दौरान राज्यसभा में कुल 29 बैठकें होंगी। राज्यसभा सचिवालय से जारी बयान में कहा गया है कि बजट सत्र के पहले भाग में 31 जनवरी से 11 फरवरी के बीच 10 बैठकें होंगी। ये बैठकें 40 घंटे चलेंगी। दूसरे भाग में 14 मार्च से 8 अप्रैल के बीच 19 बैठकें होंगी, जिनकी अवधि 95 घंटों की होगी।
इस तरह बजट सत्र के दोनों भागों में राज्यसभा में कुल 135 घंटे बैठकें चलेंगी। सरे भाग में बैठकों के लिए 70 फीसदी समय रखा गया है। 29 में से 27 बैठकों के दौरान कागजात और रिपोर्ट रखने के अलावा सार्वजनिक महत्व के मुद्दों को उठाने के लिए हर दिन राज्यसभा में शून्यकाल को घटाकर 30 मिनट कर दिया गया है।
सत्र के दौरान 6 दिनों में गैर सरकारी सदस्यों के कामकाज के लिए कुल 15 घंटे का समय निर्धारित किया गया है। सदन के दूसरे भाग के पहले सप्ताह के दौरान शुक्रवार का अवकाश होने के कारण गैर सरकारी सदस्यों के विधेयकों को बृहस्पतिवार को लिया जाएगा।
विपक्ष ने तैयार की रणनीति कांग्रेस ने बजट सत्र में कोरोना प्रभावित परिवारों के लिए राहत पैकेज, महंगाई, बेरोजगारी, किसानों से जुड़े मुद्दे, सीमा पर चीन के साथ गतिरोध और कुछ अन्य मुद्दों को लेकर सरकार को घेरने का फैसला किया है।
पार्टी का कहना है कि सीमा पर चीन की बढ़ती आक्रामकता और उसके साथ चल रहे गतिरोध, महंगाई, बेरोजगारी, अर्थव्यवस्था की स्थिति, एयर इंडिया तथा दूसरी सरकारी कंपनियों के निजीकरण तथा किसानों से जुड़े मुद्दों पर सरकार से जवाब मांगा जाएगा। वहीं, लोकसभा में कांग्रेस पार्टी के नेता अधीर रंजन चौधरी ने पेगासस मुद्दे पर संसद के निचले सदन को कथित रूप से गुमराह करने के लिए सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्री अश्विनी वैष्णव के खिलाफ विशेषाधिकार प्रस्ताव लाने की मांग की है।
केंद्रीय बजट 2022 को मंजूरी के लिए बैठक एक फरवरी को संसद सत्र का कामकाज सुचारू रूप से चलाने के लिए राज्यसभा के सभापति एवं उपराष्ट्रपति एम वेंकैया नायडू और संसदीय कार्य मंत्री प्रह्लाद जोशी सोमवार को राजनीतिक दलों के सदनों में नेताओं के साथ बैठक करेंगे। कार्य मंत्रणा समिति की बैठक भी सोमवार को होगी। वहीं, केंद्रीय बजट 2022 को मंजूरी देने के लिए केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल की बैठक एक फरवरी को सुबह 10:10 बजे होने वाली है।

Delhi. A total of 29 sittings will be held in the Rajya Sabha during the budget session of Parliament starting today. In a statement issued from the Rajya Sabha Secretariat, it has been said that in the first part of the budget session, there will be 10 sittings between January 31 and February 11. These meetings will last for 40 hours. The second part will have 19 sittings from March 14 to April 8, with a duration of 95 hours.
In this way, a total of 135 hours of sittings will run in the Rajya Sabha in both the parts of the budget session. In Surrey, 70 per cent of the time has been earmarked for meetings. The Zero Hour in Rajya Sabha has been reduced to 30 minutes every day for raising issues of public importance besides laying papers and reports during 27 out of 29 sittings.
A total of 15 hours have been earmarked for the non-official members’ business in 6 days during the session. Private Members’ Bills will be taken up on Thursday as Friday is a holiday during the first week of the second part of the House.
The strategy prepared by the opposition Congress has decided to surround the government in the budget session on relief package for Corona affected families, inflation, unemployment, issues related to farmers, standoff with China on the border and some other issues.
The party says that the government will be asked to answer on issues related to China’s increasing aggression on the border and its ongoing standoff, inflation, unemployment, the state of the economy, privatization of Air India and other state-owned companies and farmers. Congress leader in Lok Sabha Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury has sought a privilege motion against Information Technology Minister Ashwini Vaishnav for allegedly misleading the lower house of Parliament on the Pegasus issue.
Rajya Sabha Chairman and Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi will hold a meeting with leaders of political parties on Monday to ensure smooth functioning of the Parliament session on February 1. Business Advisory Committee meeting will also be held on Monday. At the same time, the meeting of the Union Cabinet is going to be held on February 1 at 10:10 am to approve the Union Budget 2022.
