ठगी करने का मामला सामने आया है।
चूरू, @दैनिक खबरां। राजस्थान के चूरू जिले में 40 वर्षीय महिला को होम लोन दिलाने के बहाने दुष्कर्म करने और 3 लाख 75 हजार रुपये ठगी करने का मामला सामने आया है। पीड़िता की रिपोर्ट पर महिला थाने में झुंझुनू जिले के गांव सही बड़ी के आरोपी दिनेश सिंह राजपुत के खिलाफ आईपीसी की संगीन धाराओ में मामला दर्ज हुआ है।
आरोपी ने पीड़िता के देवर के जरिए पहले विवाहिता से जान-पहचान बढ़ाई, फिर होम लोन का झांसा देकर उसे अपने जाल में फंसाया। आरोपी ने महिला को 6,50,000 रुपये का होम लोन दिलवाने की ऐवज में डेढ़ लाख रुपये मार्जिन मनी के रूप में लिए और फिर महिला से अलग-अलग समय दो बार दुष्कर्म की वारदात को अंजाम दिया।
आरोपी उसके बैंक खाते से अब तक करीब 3 लाख 75 हजार रुपए भी निकाल चुका है और अब रुपए वापस मांगने पर देने से इनकार कर दिया।
महिला थाना एसआई सुमन शेखावत ने बताया कि महिला ने रिपोर्ट दी कि उसका पति गुरुग्राम में काम करता है। उसके देवर ने चूरु में गोल्ड लॉन लिया था, इस दौरान उसकी झुन्झुनु जिले के गांव सही बड़ी के दिनेश सिंह से जान पहचान हो गई, जिस कारण दिनेश सिंह का उसके घर आना-जाना हो गया।
दिनेश सिंह ने खुद को आवास फाइनेस कंपनी का फिल्ड मैनेजर बताते हुए महिला को हाउस लोन दिलवाने का लालच दिया। उसकी बातों पर विश्वास कर महिला ने अपने आधार कार्ड, पैनकार्ड, बैंक पासबुक, चैक बुक, पहचान पत्र, एटीएम कार्ड, फोटो आदि दस्तावेज आरोपी को दे दिए। अब आरोपी किसी ना किसी बहाने से महिला को फोन करने लगा।
मई 2021 में आरोपी ने लोन की एवज में मार्जिन मनी मांगी और करीब एक लाख पचास हजार उससे ऐंठ लिए। जुलाई 2021 को दिनेश सिंह उस वक्त महिला के घर गया जब वह घर में अकेली थी।
आरोपी ने मौके का फायदा उठाकर महिला से दुष्कर्म किया और किसी को बताने पर मार्जिन मनी के डेढ़ लाख रुपये डूब जाने की बात कही।
इसी दौरान आरोपी ने एक दिन होम लोन के बहाने उसे अपने कमरे में बुलाया एक बार फिर दुष्कर्म की वारदात को अंजाम दिया। जुलाई 2021 को महिला का 6,50,000 रुपये का लोन स्वीकृत हो गया और 23.07.2021 को उसके बैंक खाते में 4,75,617 रुपए भी आ गए।
महिला ने बताया कि वह पढ़ना लिखना नहीं जानती, जिसका फायदा उठाकर आरोपी ने अलग—अलग समय में उसके दस्तावेजों से धोखाधड़ी करके बैंक खाते से 3 लाख 75 हजार रुपये भी निकाल लिए। महिला ने बताया कि दिनेश सिंह ने उससे धोखाधड़ी कर 3,75,000 रुपये हड़प लिए और उसके साथ जबरदस्ती बलात्कार कर लिया।
जब पीड़िता ने आरोपी को पुलिस कार्रवाई करने को कहा तो दिनेश सिंह ने कहा कि वह जेब में जहर लेकर घूम रहा है और आत्महत्या कर महिला और उसके परिजनों को फंसा देगा। महिला थाना पुलिस ने पीड़िता की रिपोर्ट पर मामला दर्ज कर लिया है।

Churu, @daily news. In Churu district of Rajasthan, a case of raping a 40-year-old woman on the pretext of getting a home loan and cheating of Rs 3 lakh 75 thousand has come to light. On the report of the victim, a case has been registered against the accused Dinesh Singh Rajput of village Sahi Badi of Jhunjhunu district in the women’s police station under serious sections of IPC.
The accused first got acquainted with the married woman through the brother-in-law of the victim, then trapped her in his trap by pretending to have a home loan. The accused took Rs 1.5 lakh as margin money in lieu of getting a home loan of Rs 6,50,000 to the woman and then raped the woman twice at different times.
The accused has also withdrawn about 3 lakh 75 thousand rupees from his bank account so far and has now refused to give the money back on demand.
Mahila police station SI Suman Shekhawat said that the woman reported that her husband works in Gurugram. His brother-in-law had taken a gold lawn in Churu, during which he got acquainted with Dinesh Singh of Sahi Badi village in Jhunjhunu district, due to which Dinesh Singh had to visit his house.
Describing himself as the field manager of the housing finance company, Dinesh Singh lured the woman to get a house loan. Believing his words, the woman gave her documents like Aadhar card, PAN card, bank passbook, check book, identity card, ATM card, photo etc. to the accused. Now the accused started calling the woman on some pretext or the other.
In May 2021, the accused asked for margin money in lieu of the loan and took about one lakh fifty thousand from him. On July 2021, Dinesh Singh went to the woman’s house when she was alone in the house.
Taking advantage of the opportunity, the accused raped the woman and told about the loss of one and a half lakh rupees of margin money on telling anyone.
Meanwhile, one day the accused called her to his room on the pretext of home loan and once again carried out the incident of rape. On July 2021, the woman’s loan of Rs 6,50,000 was approved and on 23.07.2021 Rs 4,75,617 also arrived in her bank account.
The woman told that she does not know how to read and write, taking advantage of which the accused cheated her documents at different times and also withdrew 3 lakh 75 thousand rupees from the bank account. The woman told that Dinesh Singh cheated her and grabbed Rs 3,75,000 from her and forcibly raped her.
When the victim asked the accused to take police action, Dinesh Singh said that he was roaming around with poison in his pocket and would implicate the woman and her family members by committing suicide. Mahila Thana Police has registered a case on the report of the victim.
