मंगेतर ने किया रेप, गर्भवती हुई तो घर से निकाला : सगाई होते ही ज्वेलर ने जबरन बनाए संबंध, शादी के बाद गर्भ ठहरा तो ताने मारकर बाहर निकाला
जयपुर, @dainikkhabraan। ज्वेलर ने सगाई होते ही अपनी होने वाली पत्नी से रेप किया। इस बात की जानकारी युवती ने अपने परिवार वालों को भी दी। पर सबने बात दबा दी। शादी होने के बाद दुल्हन के प्रेग्नेंट होने की जानकारी मिली तो पूरे घर में तूफान खड़ा हो गया। 20 दिन बाद ही दुल्हन को ससुराल वालों ने घर से निकाल दिया। जिस पति की करतूत के कारण यह सब हो रहा था, उसने भी बचाव नहीं किया। घटना के करीब सालभर बाद कोर्ट के आदेश पर जयपुर के बट्टा बस्ती थाने में पीड़िता ने पति पर FIR कराई है। पति जंबारामगढ़ (जयपुर) क्षेत्र का रहने वाला है।
शादी के 20 दिन बाद ही घर से निकाला
विवाहिता ने आरोप लगाया है कि पति दीपेन्द्र कुमार स्वामी ने सगाई के कुछ दिन बाद ही उसके साथ रेप किया। वह प्रेग्नेंट हो गई। 16 फरवरी 2021 को पीड़िता और दीपेन्द्र की शादी हुई। अचानक 6 मार्च 2021 को विवाहिता के पेट में दर्द हुआ। डॉक्टर से जांच कराई गई। डॉक्टर ने उसे दो माह की गर्भवती बताया। जैसे ही इस बात का पता ससुराल में चला, कोहराम मच गया। ससुराल पक्ष ने विवाहिता पर भद्दे आरोप लगाए और उसे घर से बाहर निकाल दिया। इस दौरान पति ने भी विवाहिता का पक्ष नहीं लिया। पीड़िता ने सितंबर 2021 में बच्चे को जन्म दिया। ससुराल पक्ष की प्रताड़ना के चलते विवाहिता ने पति के खिलाफ सगाई के बाद दुष्कर्म का मामला दर्ज कराया है। भट्टा बस्ती थाने के एसआई डालू राम मामले की जांच कर रहे हैं।
पति को हो सकती है सात साल की सजा
पीड़िता की शिकायत पर भट्टा बस्ती पुलिस ने ज्वेलरी का काम करने वाले दीपेंद्र कुमार स्वामी के खिलाफ आईपीसी की धारा 323, 341 और 376 में मामला दर्ज किया है। अगर इन धाराओं में आरोप प्रमाणित पाया गया तो आरोपी को कम से कम 7 साल की सजा और जुर्माना भी देना होगा।

शादी के बाद पत्नी के साथ उसकी इच्छा के खिलाफ संबध बनाना या उसे किसी भी गलत तरह से छूना मैरिटल रेप की श्रेणी में आता है। मैरिटल रेप अपराध है या नहीं इसे लेकर दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट में एक केस पहुंचा है, जो सुनवाई के स्तर पर है। सीनियर एडवोकेट एके जैन ने बताया कि भारत में मैरिटल रेप को लेकर कोई कानून है ही नहीं। संयुक्त राष्ट्र की 2019-20 की रिपोर्ट बताती है कि 185 देशों में सिर्फ 77 देश ऐसे हैं, जहां मैरिटल रेप को लेकर कानून है।
Fiancé raped, got pregnant and took her out of the house: The jeweler forcibly made a relationship as soon as she got engaged
Jaipur. The jeweler raped his future wife as soon as they got engaged. The girl also informed her family members about this. But everyone suppressed the matter. After getting married, when the information about the bride being pregnant was received, there was a storm in the whole house. After 20 days, the bride was thrown out of the house by the in-laws. Because of whose handiwork all this was happening, he also did not defend. About a year after the incident, on the orders of the court, the victim has lodged an FIR against her husband at the Batta Basti police station in Jaipur. The husband is a resident of Jambaramgarh (Jaipur) area.
Evicted from home only after 20 days of marriage
The married woman has alleged that husband Dipendra Kumar Swamy raped her a few days after the engagement. She got pregnant. The victim and Deependra got married on 16 February 2021. Suddenly on 6 March 2021, there was pain in the stomach of the married woman. The doctor was examined. The doctor told her to be two months pregnant.
As soon as it came to know about this in the in-laws’ house, there was uproar. The in-laws made lewd allegations against the married woman and threw her out of the house. During this, the husband also did not take the side of the married woman. The victim gave birth to a child in September 2021. Due to harassment by the in-laws, the married woman has filed a case of rape against her husband after the engagement. SI Dalu Ram of Bhatta Basti police station is investigating the matter.
Husband can be sentenced to seven years
On the complaint of the victim, the Bhatta Basti police have registered a case against Deependra Kumar Swamy, a jewelery worker, under sections 323, 341 and 376 of the IPC. If the charge under these sections is found to be substantiated, then the accused will be punished with imprisonment of not less than 7 years and also with fine.

A case has reached the Delhi High Court regarding whether marital rape is a crime or not, which is at the stage of trial. Senior advocate AK Jain told that there is no law regarding marital rape in India. The report of the United Nations 2019-20 shows that out of 185 countries, only 77 countries have laws regarding marital rape.
