डिलीवरी के बाद हुई मौत: पति ने डॉक्टरों पर इलाज में लापरवाही बरतने का आरोप लगाते हुए दर्ज कराया केस….
जोधपुर, @दैनिक खबरां। जोधपुर में एक बच्ची को जन्म देने के बाद मां सुहानी की मौत के मामले में परिजनों ने डॉक्टर पर इलाज केस दर्ज करवाया है। परिवार ने डॉक्टर पर लापरवाही का आरोप लगाया है। परिजनों का कहना है कि सुहानी के इलाज से जुड़े दस्तावेज देने में विलम्ब किया। इस कारण अब मामला दर्ज कराया गया है।
चौपासनी हाउसिंग बोर्ड पुलिस थाने में सुहानी के पति विश्रुत जैन ने मामला दर्ज कराया कि डॉ. मिली इनाणिया व उसके पति डॉ. रवि इनाणिया की लापरवाही के कारण सुहानी की मौत हो गई।
सुहानी ने ऑपरेशन के जरिए बेटी को जन्म दिया। ऑपरेशन के बाद डॉक्टर मिली बच्चेदानी के टांके तक लगाना भूल गई। इस कारण खून बहुत तेजी से बहना शुरू हो गया। बाद में टांकों को तोड़ वापस पेट खोला गया। बच्चेदानी के टांके लगाए गए।
उन्होंने यह भी आरोप लगाया कि 18 जनवरी को सुहानी को डॉ. मिली से दिन में जांच कराने पर सब कुछ सामान्य करार दिया गया। शाम को खून बहने की शिकायत पर डॉ. मिली से बात की गई। उन्होंने इसे गंभीर नहीं माना। रात को सुहानी की तबीयत ज्यादा बिगड़ने पर उसे बालाजी फोर्टिस अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया।
डॉ. मिली अस्पताल काफी विलम्ब से पहुंची। वहां सुहानी ने अपने पति को बताया कि नर्स ने पेल्विक जांच के लिए कोई उपकरण काम में लिया। इसके बाद खून ज्यादा बहना शुरू हो गया। फिर कुछ इंजेक्शन लगाए गए। इसके बाद सुहानी की तबीयत ज्यादा बिगड़ना शुरू हो गई।
डॉ. मिली ने बगैर सोचे सुहानी को एक के बाद एक कर ब्लडथिनर दिया। जिससे उसकी तबीयत बहुत गंभीर हो गई। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि बगैर बेहोश किए ही पेट में कट लगाया गया। इसके बावजूद सुहानी की तरफ से कोई प्रतिक्रिया नहीं आई।
बाद में उसे बेहोश करने की प्रक्रिया शुरू की गई। वहीं, बगैर वैंटिलेटर पर लिए ही सुहानी को सीपीआर देने की कोशिश की गई। सुबह तीन बजे डॉ. मिली ने सुहानी को मृत घोषित कर दिया। सदमें में आए परिजनों ने कुछ अंतराल से सुहानी के इलाज की रिपोर्ट मांगी। इसे देने में काफी आनाकानी की गई। आखिरकार अब सारे दस्तावेज मिले। ऐसे में इतने दिन के विलम्ब से मामला दर्ज कराया गया है।
जैन का आरोप है कि अस्पताल की तरफ से जारी मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र में सुहानी के मौत के कारणों का सही तरीके से उल्लेख तक नहीं किया गया है। पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू की है।

Suhani’s husband Vishrut Jain filed a case in Chaupasni Housing Board police station that Suhani died due to negligence of Dr. Milli Inaniya and her husband Dr. Ravi Inaniya.
Suhani gave birth to a daughter through an operation. After the operation, the doctor forgot to even stitch the uterus. Due to this the blood started flowing very fast. After breaking the stitches, the stomach was opened back. Uterine stitches were done.
He also alleged that on January 18, when Suhani was examined by Dr. Milli during the day, everything was declared normal. Talked to Dr. Miley on the complaint of bleeding in the evening. He didn’t take it seriously. Suhani was admitted to Balaji Fortis Hospital after her health deteriorated at night.
Dr. Miley reached the hospital very late. There Suhani told her husband that the nurse had used some device for pelvic examination. After that the blood started bleeding profusely. Then some injections were given. After this Suhani’s health started deteriorating.
Dr. Milli gave blood thinners to Suhani one after the other without thinking. Due to which his health became very serious. He alleged that the stomach was cut without making him unconscious. Despite this, there was no response from Suhani’s side.
Later, the process of sedation was started for him. At the same time, an attempt was made to give CPR to Suhani without taking her on a ventilator. At three o’clock in the morning, Dr. Milli declared Suhani dead. The family members, who were in shock, asked for the report of Suhani’s treatment after some interval. There was a lot of hesitation in giving it. Finally got all the documents. In such a case, the case has been registered with a delay of so many days.
Jain alleges that the cause of death of Suhani has not been properly mentioned in the death certificate issued by the hospital. Police has registered a case and started investigation.
