भीनमाल थाने में हड़कंप:महिला कांस्टेबल से एक रात की डिमांड कर चुके थानाधिकारी, अब सट्टे की कार्रवाई में भी हेरफेर, 5 पुलिसकर्मी भी लाइन हाजिर
जालोर/भीनमाल, @dainikkhabraan। एसपी हर्षवर्धन अग्रवाला ने बुधवार को बड़ी कार्रवाई करते हुए भीनमाल थाने के थानाधिकारी दुलीचंद गुर्जर सहित छह पुलिसकर्मियों को एक साथ लाइन हाजिर कर दिया।
थानाधिकारी दुलीचंद एक महिला कांस्टेबल से एक रात की डिमांड जैसी कई गंभीर शिकायतों से घिरे हुए थे। मंगलवार रात सट्टे की कार्रवाई में हेरफेर कर देने का मामला सामने आने के बाद यह कार्रवाई की गई। एसपी ने थानाधिकारी दुलीचंद सहित एएसआई कल्याणसिंह, कांस्टेबल प्रकाश, ओमप्रकाश, रामलाल, श्रवण कुमार समेत 6 जनों को लाइन हाजिर किया है।
महिला कांस्टेबल ने लिखित बयान में कहा था- थानाधिकारी ने चैंबर में बुला मुझसे कहा- एक रात मेरे हवाले करनी पड़ेगी
डेढ़ महीने पहले तत्कालीन डिप्टी को दी लिखित शिकायत में महिला कांस्टेबल ने ये सनसनीखेज आरोप लगाए थे। उनका कहना है कि 17-18 अप्रैल 2021 को चार्जशीट पर साइन करवाने के लिए सीआई साहब के चैंबर में गई थी, तब सीआई साहब ने मुझसे कहा- चार्जशीट साइड में रखकर तू मेरे सामने कुर्सी पर बैठ जा। और पूछा कि मैं तेरे से एक बात पूछना चाहता हूं। आपको बहुत चाहता हूं, आपको एक रात मेरे हवाले करनी पड़ेगी। महिला कांस्टेबल ने कहा कि ये बात उसने बाहर आकर हेड कांस्टेबल तेजाराम और एएसआई प्रेमसिंह को भी बताई थी। लेकिन उन्होंने बदनामी की बात कर चुप करा दिया।
सट्टे में पकड़ी बड़ी रकम, दिखाई चंद हजार
थानाधिकारी दुलीचंद लंबे समय से भीनमाल पुलिस थाने में कार्यरत हैं। कुछ समय पहले थाने में एक महिला कांस्टेबल ने भी गंभीर आरोप लगाए थे। पुलिस को मिली शिकायत के बाद तत्कालीन डीएसपी से जांच करवाई तो थाने में एक रात की डिमांड करने का मामला सामने आया। इसकी विभागीय जांच जारी है। पुलिस सूत्रों के अनुसार मंगलवार रात को पुलिस ने 1 बजे देलवाड़ा सरहद में जुए पर कार्रवाई की थी। इसमें बड़ी राशि मिलने के बाद कार्रवाई करने वाली टीम ने राशि कम बता दी।

A month and a half ago, in a written complaint to the then deputy, the woman constable had made these sensational allegations. He says that on April 17-18, 2021, CI went to the chamber to get the chargesheet signed, then the CI said to me – you sit on the chair in front of me by keeping the chargesheet on the side.
And asked that I want to ask you one thing. I want you very much, you will have to hand over me one night. The woman constable said that she had come out and told this to Head Constable Tejaram and ASI Prem Singh as well. But he kept quiet by talking about slander.

SHO Dulichand has been working in Bhinmal police station for a long time. Some time ago a woman constable had also made serious allegations in the police station.
After the complaint was received by the police, when the then DSP got it investigated, the matter of demanding one night came to the fore in the police station. Its departmental inquiry is on. According to police sources, the police took action on gambling in the Delwara outskirts at 1 pm on Tuesday night. After getting a large amount in this, the team that took action told the amount less.
