वेटरनरी विश्वविद्यालय में एक दिवसीय किसान एवं पशुपालक मेले का आयोजन
43 स्टॉल में कृषक एवं पशुपालन तकनीकों का हुआ प्रदर्शन

बीकानेर, @dainikkhabraan। राजस्थान पशु विज्ञान एवं पशु चिकित्सा विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा एक दिवसीय किसान एवं पशुपालक मेले का शुभारंभ आपदा प्रबंधन एवं सहायता विभाग के कैबिनेट मंत्री गोविन्दराम मेघवाल द्वारा शुक्रवार को किया गया। मेले में 43 प्रदर्शनी स्टॉल्स में पशुपालन, कृषि, आई.सी.ए.आर. के 5 अनुसंधान संस्थानों सहित अन्य विभागों द्वारा कृषि और अन्नत पशुपालन तकनीकों के मॉडल, फ्लैक्स और प्रचार-प्रसार सामग्री का प्रदर्शन किया गया। पदेन परियोजना निदेशक आत्मा के सहयोग से बीकानेर के 9 ब्लॉक के किसानों ने मेले में शिरकत की।
वेटरनरी विश्वविद्यालय के फैकल्टी हाउस मैदान में समारोह के मुख्य अतिथि आपदा प्रबंधन एवं सहायता विभाग के मंत्री श्री गोविंदराम मेघवाल ने कहा कि मेले और प्रदर्शनी के आयोजन से किसान, पशुपालक और उद्यमियों को नवीन योजनाओं और उन्नत वैज्ञानिक तकनीकों को सीखने का एक बेहतरीन अवसर मिला है।
श्री मेघवाल ने बड़ी संख्या में पहुंचे किसानों और पशुपालकों से आग्रह किया कि वे नवीन तकनीकें अपना कर आजीविका को अधिक सुगम और लाभकारी बना सकते हैं। इसके लिए वैज्ञानिकों से निरंतर सम्पर्क और अपने बच्चों को अच्छी शिक्षा दिलवाकर घर परिवार के भविष्य को भली प्रकार संवार सकते हैं।
उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार ने अनेक लोक कल्याणकारी योजनाएं लागू करके आम जन को राहत पहुंचाई है। खेती और पशुपालन में मेहनत और अच्छी सोच के साथ आगे बढ़ने के विपुल अवसर उपलब्ध होते हैं। आपदा प्रबंधन मंत्री ने वेटरनरी विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा पूरे राज्य में किसान और पशुपालकों के प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों को अत्यंत उपयोगी बताते हुए गांव-ढाणी तक पहुंचाने का आह्वान किया।
समारोह के विशिष्ट अतिथि पूर्व कुलपति और राज्यपाल सलाहकार मण्डल के सदस्य डॉ. ए.के. गहलोत ने कहा कि राजस्थान एक पशुधन प्रधान राज्य है।
राजस्थान ऊन, दूध, अण्डे और मीट उत्पादन में देश का एक अग्रणी राज्य है। यहां से प्रतिदिन 50 हजार भेड़ें अन्य राज्यों को भेजी जाती हैं। किसान और पशुपालक वैज्ञानिक नवाचारों से उत्पादन बढ़ाकर अपनी आजीविका को अधिक समृद्ध बना सकते हैं।
समारोह की अध्यक्षता करते हुए वेटरनरी विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति प्रो. सतीश के. गर्ग ने कहा कि यह विश्वविद्यालय अपने 16 पशु विज्ञान केन्द्रों, 9 पशुधन अनुसंधान केन्द्रों, कृषि विज्ञान केन्द्र और तीन संघटक महाविद्यालयों के मार्फत पशुपालन की नवीन तकनीकों और उन्नत पशुपालन प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित करके राज्य में पशुपालन सेक्टर को सुद्दढ़ बनाने के काम में जुटा हुआ है। प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम गांव-ढाणी स्तर पर भी आयोजित किए जाते हैं।
भविष्य में विश्वविद्यालय इस तरह के मेलों का आयोजन अन्य जिलों में भी करेगा। वेटरनरी कॉलेज के अधिष्ठाता प्रो. आर.के. सिंह और राजुवास के अधिष्ठाता छात्र कल्याण प्रो. एस.सी. गोस्वामी ने विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा भेड़, बकरी, देशी-गौवंश के कल्याण कार्यक्रमों की जानकारी दी। अतिथियों ने प्रसार शिक्षा में राजुवास के बढ़ते कदम फोल्डर और एक प्रशिक्षण संदर्शिका-उन्नत बकरी पालन और प्रबंधन का लोकार्पण किया।
मेले के संयोजक और राजुवास के प्रसार शिक्षा निदेशक प्रो. आर.के. धूड़िया ने बताया की प्रदर्शनी स्टॉल में वेटरनरी विश्वविद्यालय के 15 विभिन्न विभागों की पशुपालन तकनीकों, पोल्ट्री की प्रजातियों का सजीव प्रदर्शन किया गया। राज्य के पशुपालक, कृषि विभाग, स्वास्थ्य एवं चिकित्सा विभाग, उरमूल डेयरी, इफ्को, नाबार्ड, केन्द्रीय शुष्क बागवानी, भेड़ एवं ऊन अनुसंधान, उष्ट्र एवं अश्व अनुसंधान संस्थान, केन्द्रीय अर्द्ध शुष्क अनुसंधान संस्थान, टिड्डी विभाग, कृषि विश्वविद्यालय, मोदी डेयरी ने अपने उत्पादों को प्रदर्शित किया। केन्द्रीय अनुसंधान संस्थानों के निदेशक, वैज्ञानिक प्रो. यशपाल शर्मा, डॉ. ए.साहू नाबार्ड के रमेश ताम्बी सहित वेटरनरी विश्वविद्यालय के निदेशक एवं अन्य वरिष्ठ अधिकारी मौजूद रहे। कार्यक्रम का संचालन डॉ. प्रतिष्ठा शर्मा ने किया। इस मेले का विश्वविद्यालय की वेबसाईट पर लाईव प्रसारण किया गया।
कृषक एवं पशुपालक गोष्ठी का हुआ आयोजन
इस अवसर पर पशुपालकों एवं किसानों के लिए गोष्ठी का आयोजन किया गया जिसमें केन्द्रीय भेड़ एवं ऊन अनुसंधान संस्थान, राष्ट्रीय अश्व एवं ऊष्ट्र अनुसंधान संस्थान, केन्द्रीय अर्द्व शुष्क अनुसंधान संस्थान, केन्द्रीय शुष्क बागवानी अनुसंधान संस्थान, एस.के.आर.ए.यू. एवं वेटरनरी विश्वविद्यालय के विषय विशेषज्ञों द्वारा पशुपालकों एवं किसानों के साथ संवाद किया। इस अवसर पर डॉ. एस.सी. मेहता, कृषि विभाग के राम किशोर मेहरा, जयदीप दोगने, डॉ. सुभाष बलोदा, डॉ. आर.ए. लेघा, डॉ. ओ.पी. किलानिया, डॉ. आर.के. सावल, प्रो. विमला डुकवाल, डॉ. एच.के. नरूला, प्रो. एस.एल. गोदारा, प्रो. पी.एस शेखावत डॉ. हेमन्त दाधीच आदि वैज्ञानिकों ने संवाद में शिरकत की। गोष्ठी का संचालन प्रो. प्रवीण बिश्नोई ने किया।

Bikaner 24 December. Rajasthan Animal Science and Veterinary University inaugurated the one-day Farmer and Animal Husbandry fair on Friday by Govind Ram Meghwal, Cabinet Minister of Disaster Management and Assistance Department.
Animal husbandry, agriculture, ICAR in 43 exhibition stalls in the fair. Models, flakes and publicity material of agriculture and advanced animal husbandry techniques were displayed by other departments including 5 research institutes of K.K. Farmers of 9 blocks of Bikaner participated in the fair with the help of ex-officio project director Atma. The Chief Guest of the function at Faculty House Ground of Veterinary University, Minister of Disaster Management and Assistance Department, Shri Govindram Meghwal said that by organizing fair and exhibition, farmers, livestock farmers and entrepreneurs have got an excellent opportunity to learn new schemes and advanced scientific techniques. .
Shri Meghwal urged the farmers and livestock farmers who arrived in large numbers that they can make their livelihood more easy and profitable by adopting new technologies. For this, by having constant contact with scientists and providing good education to our children, we can shape the future of the family well.
He said that the State Government has brought relief to the common people by implementing many public welfare schemes. There are many opportunities available in agriculture and animal husbandry to move forward with hard work and good thinking. The Minister of Disaster Management called upon the Veterinary University to take the training programs of farmers and livestock farmers throughout the state very useful and reach the villages.
Former Vice Chancellor and member of Governor’s Advisory Board, Dr. A.K. Gehlot said that Rajasthan is a livestock-oriented state.
Rajasthan is a leading state in the production of wool, milk, eggs and meat in the country. Every day 50 thousand sheep are sent from here to other states. Farmers and livestock farmers can make their livelihood more prosperous by increasing production by scientific innovations.
Presiding over the function, Vice Chancellor of Veterinary University Prof. Satish K. Garg said that this university is engaged in strengthening the animal husbandry sector in the state through its 16 Animal Science Centers, 9 Livestock Research Centers, Krishi Vigyan Kendras and three constituent colleges by organizing new techniques of animal husbandry and advanced animal husbandry training programs. . Training programs are also organized at village-dhani level.
In future, the university will organize such fairs in other districts also. Dean of Veterinary College Prof. RK Singh and Rajuvas Dean Student Welfare Prof. SC Goswami informed about the welfare programs of sheep, goats and indigenous cows by the university. The guests also inaugurated Rajuvas’s growing steps folder in extension education and a training guide – Advanced Goat Farming and Management.
The organizer of the fair and the director of extension education of Rajuvas, Prof. RK Dhudia said that animal husbandry techniques of 15 different departments of Veterinary University, species of poultry were displayed live in the exhibition stall.
State Animal Husbandry, Agriculture Department, Health and Medical Department, Urmul Dairy, IFFCO, NABARD, Central Arid Horticulture, Sheep and Wool Research, Camel and Horse Research Institute, Central Semi-Arid Research Institute, Locust Department, Agricultural University, Modi Dairy has launched its products displayed.
Director of Central Research Institutes, Scientist Prof. Yashpal Sharma, Dr. A. Sahu, Ramesh Tambi of NABARD along with Director of Veterinary University and other senior officers were present. Dr. Pratishtha Sharma conducted the program. The fair was broadcast live on the website of the university.
Farmer and animal husbandry seminar organized
On this occasion, a seminar was organized for cattle farmers and farmers in which Central Sheep and Wool Research Institute, National Research Institute of Horse and Camel, Central Semi-Arid Research Institute, Central Arid Horticulture Research Institute, S.K.R.A.U. And the subject experts of the Veterinary University interacted with the livestock farmers and farmers.
On this occasion Dr. S.C. Mehta, Ram Kishore Mehra of Agriculture Department, Jaideep Dogne, Dr. Subhash Baloda, Dr. R.A. Legha, Dr. O.P. Kilania, Dr. R.K. Sawal, Prof. Vimla Dukwal, Dr. H.K.
