बीकानेर संभाग: लड़की को बेहोश कर अपहरण कर किया रेप, मामा-भाई को…..
चूरू, @dainikkhabraan। जिले के सादुलपुर थाना क्षेत्र में लड़की का अपहरण कर दुष्कर्म किया गया। पीड़िता अपने भाई और मामा और खाना देकर घर लौट रही थी। रास्ते में गांव के ही एक लड़के ने बेहोश कर अपहरण किया। दुष्कर्म के बाद धमकी देकर भाग गया। मामले में पीड़िता के पिता ने मामला दर्ज करवाया है।
आरोपी के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज
सादुलपुर डीएसपी बृजमोहन असवाल ने बताया कि पीड़िता के पिता ने गांव के ही लड़के अमित उर्फ गोपीराम जाट के खिलाफ बेटी का अपहरण कर दुष्कर्म करने का मामला दर्ज करवाया। उसने बताया कि वह एक प्लॉट में मकान बना रहा हैं। मिस्त्री का काम साला करता है। शाम को काम खत्म होने पर बेटे के साथ साला प्लॉट में ही सोता है। घटना के दिन शाम को 19 साल की बेटी मामा और भाई का खाना देने गई थी। काफी देर तक वापस नहीं लौटने पर पत्नी बेटी की तलाश में प्लॉट पर गई। पता चला कि वह खाना देकर घर चली गई। गांव और आस-पास के क्षेत्र में काफी तलाश की।
पीड़िता का मेडिकल मुआयना करवाया
देर रात करीब दो बजे रोती हुई वह घर आई। उसने बताया कि खाना देकर वह घर आ रही थी। तभी रास्ते में गांव का भांजा अमित उर्फ गोपीराम जाट ने उसके मुंह पर कपड़ा लगाया और वह बेहोश हो गई। होश आने पर खुद को घड़सीराम सहारण के घर के पीछे बने कुंड पर पाया।
अमित ने घटना के बारे में किसी को भी बताने पर जान से मारने की धमकी दी। पुलिस ने आरोपी के खिलाफ अपहरण, दुष्कर्म व एससीएसटी एक्ट का मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है। पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज होने के बाद पीड़िता का मेडिकल मुआयना करवाया।

Sadulpur DSP Brijmohan Aswal said that the victim’s father lodged a case against the village boy Amit alias Gopiram Jat for kidnapping and raping the daughter. He told that he is building a house in a plot. Brother in law works. When the work is over in the evening, the brother-in-law with the son sleeps in the plot itself. In the evening on the day of the incident, the 19-year-old daughter had gone to give food to maternal uncle and brother. After not returning for a long time, the wife went to the plot in search of her daughter. It is learned that she went home after giving food. Searched extensively in the village and the surrounding area.
Medical examination of the victim done
She came home crying late at around two o’clock in the night. She told that she was coming home after giving food. Then on the way, Amit alias Gopiram Jat, the nephew of the village, put a cloth on her face and she fainted. On regaining consciousness, he found himself at the pool behind Ghadsiram Saharan’s house. Amit threatened to kill him if he told anyone about the incident. Police have started investigation by registering a case of kidnapping, rape and SCST Act against the accused. After registering the case, the police got the victim medically examined.
