कोल्ड ड्रिंक मे नशीला पदार्थ मिलाकर, महिला के साथ किया दुष्कर्म….
बीकानेर, @dainikkhabraan। कोल्ड ड्रिंक व समोसे में नशीली गोलियां खिलाकर विवाहिता के साथ दुष्कर्म करना व अश्लील वीडियो बनाकर ब्लैकमेल करने का मामला कोर्ट इस्तगासे के जरिए नयाशहर पुलिस थाने में दर्ज हुआ है।
जिसकी जांच थानाधिकारी गोविंद सिंह चारण कर रहे हैं। पुलिस के अनुसार परिवादिया का आरोप है कि वह घर पर अकेली थी। ससुराल वाले बाहर गए हुए थे।
उस दौरान सर्वोदय बस्ती निवासी शानु पुत्र मोहम्मद उम्र 22 वर्ष घर पर आया। जिसने उसे कोल्ड ड्रिंक व समोसे में नशीली गोलियां मिलाकर खिला दी। बेहोशी के हालत में आरोपी ने उसके साथ दुष्कर्म किया और अश्लील वीडियो बना लिये। परिवादिया का आरोप है कि उस अश्लील वीडियो के जरिये आरोपी शानु ने उसे ब्लैकमेल किया तथा कई बार उसका देह शोषण किया।
परिवादिया के इस्तगासे के जरिये पुलिस ने आरोपित के खिलाफ धारा 376, 384 के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज कर जांच शुरू की।

During that time Sanu son Mohammad, aged 22 years, resident of Sarvodaya Basti came to the house. Who fed him by mixing intoxicating pills in cold drinks and samosas. While unconscious, the accused raped her and made obscene videos. The complainant alleges that the accused Sanu blackmailed her through that pornographic video and sexually assaulted her several times.
Through the use of the complainant, the police started the investigation by registering a case against the accused under sections 376, 384.
