उधार दिए रुपए का तकाजा करने पर पति को पीटा, पत्नी की लज्जा भंग, तीन आरोपियों के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज….
बीकानेर, @dainikkhabraan। उधार दिए रुपए का तकाजा करने पर मारपीट करने का मामला नयाशहर थाने में दर्ज हुआ है।
इस सम्बंध में परिवादी सुदर्शना नगर निवासी बजरंग निर्मल पुत्र गौरीशंकर निर्मल ने पूगल रोड़ निवासी आरोपी केशव स्वामी पुत्र कैलाश चन्द्र स्वामी व उसका भाई व नाना (नाम मालुम नही) के खिलाफ मारपीट व स्त्री लज्जा भंग करने का मुकदमा दर्ज करवाया है। परिवादी के अनुसार उसने आरोपी केशव को नकद रुपए उधार दे रखे थे और बार बार तकादा करने पर भी वह रुपए लौटा नही रहा था जिस पर वह अपनी पत्नी के साथ आरोपी केशव के पूगल रोड़ प्रभुजी चक्की के पास हनुमान मंदिर के समीप घर पर उधार दिए रुपए लेने गया था।
परिवादी का आरोप है कि आरोपी केशव ने अपने भाई व नाना के साथ मिलकर उसके साथ मारपीट की व उसकी पत्नी की लज्जा भंग की। परिवादी की रिपोर्ट पर नयाशहर पुलिस ने भादसं 323, 341, 354 के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज कर जांच एचसी हंसराज को सौंपी है ।

In this regard, complainant Sudarshana Nagar resident Bajrang Nirmal son Gaurishankar Nirmal has filed a case against the accused Keshav Swami son Kailash Chandra Swami and his brother and maternal grandfather (name not known), resident of Poogal Road, for assault and outraging the modesty of women. According to the complainant, he had lent cash money to accused Keshav and despite repeated requests, he was not returning the money, on which he along with his wife lent him at the house of accused Keshav near Hanuman Mandir near Poogal Road Prabhuji Chakki. The complainant alleges that the accused Keshav along with his brother and maternal grandfather beat him up and outraged his wife’s shame. On the report of the complainant, the Nayashahr police registered a case under IPC 323, 341, 354 and handed over the investigation to HC Hansraj.
