बजट घोषणाओं का समयबद्ध क्रियान्वयन एवं आमजन की समस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान रहेगी प्राथमिकता: जिला कलक्टर
बीकानेर, @dainikkhabraan। जिला कलक्टर भगवती प्रसाद कलाल ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री महोदय द्वारा की गई बजट घोषणाओं का समयबद्ध क्रियान्वयन तथा आमजन की समस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान उनकी सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता रहेगी।
पदभार ग्रहण करने के पश्चात् पहली बार बीकानेर आने पर गुरुवार को जिला कलक्टर ने यह बात कही। उन्होंने कहा कि संपर्क पोर्टल पर दर्ज समस्याओं के निस्तारण एवं संतुष्टि स्तर सुधारने पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाएगा। राज्य सरकार की योजनाओं का लाभ प्रत्येक पात्र व्यक्ति तक पहुंचे, इस दिशा में कार्य होगा। प्रभावी कोरोना प्रबंधन भी उनकी प्राथमिकता में रहेगा। जाइंट एनफोर्समेंट टीमों द्वारा गाइडलाइन की पालना सुनिश्चित करवाई जाएगी। वहीं आमजन को कोविड एप्रोप्रिएट बिहेवियर के प्रति जागरुक भी किया जाएगा।
जिला कलक्टर ने कहा कि सरकारी कार्यालयों में अधिकारी-कर्मचारी समय पर आएं तथा परिवादियों की समस्याएं सुनी जाए, इसका ध्यान रखेंगे। जिले के विकास से संबंधित प्रगतिरत कार्यों और प्रस्तावों को आगे बढ़ाया जाएगा। फील्ड विजिट करते हुए धरातल पर योजनाओं और कार्यक्रमों के क्रियान्वयन पर नजर रखी जाएगी।
उल्लेखनीय है कि भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा के वर्ष 2011 बैच के अधिकारी भगवती प्रसाद बीकानेर से पूर्व सिरोही और बांसवाड़ा में जिला कलक्टर रह चुके हैं। वहीं वित्त और खान विभाग में संयुक्त सचिव, वाणिज्यिक कर विभाग में अतिरिक्त आयुक्त, बारां में जिला परिषद के मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी तथा ब्यावर में उपखण्ड अधिकारी सहित विभिन्न पदों पर रहे हैं।
Time bound implementation of budget announcements and speedy solution to the problems of common people will be priority: District Collector
Bikaner, 20 January. District Collector Bhagwati Prasad Kalal said that timely implementation of the budget announcements made by the Chief Minister and speedy resolution of the problems of the common man would be his top priority.
On coming to Bikaner for the first time after assuming charge, the District Collector said this on Thursday. He said that special attention would be given to resolving the problems registered on the Sampark portal and improving the satisfaction level.
Work will be done in this direction to ensure that the benefits of state government schemes reach every eligible person.
Effective corona management will also be in their priority. The guidelines will be ensured by the Joint Enforcement Teams.
At the same time, the general public will also be made aware of Kovid Appropriate Behavior.
The District Collector said that officers and employees of government offices should come on time and take care of the grievances of the complainants.
Progressive works and proposals related to the development of the district will be taken forward. While conducting field visits, the implementation of plans and programs on the ground will be monitored.
It is noteworthy that Bhagwati Prasad, a 2011 batch officer of the Indian Administrative Service, has been District Collector in Sirohi and Banswara before Bikaner.
At the same time, he has held various posts including Joint Secretary in Finance and Mines Department, Additional Commissioner in Commercial Tax Department, Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Parishad in Baran and Sub Divisional Officer in Beawar.
