बहुचर्चित मामला: गहलोत पर तलवार और फायरिंग करने वालों में मुख्य आरोपी सहित 6 को पकड़ा…..
बीकानेर, @dainikkhabraan। बीकानेर के हालिया चर्चित सोहनकोठी फायरिंग कांड में पुलिस की मेहनत रंग ला रही है जंहा एक के बाद एक हमलावर पुलिस की गिरफ्त में आ रहे है । शुक्रवार को बीकानेर पुलिस को बड़ी सफलता हाथ लगी है जिसमे इस कांड का साजिशकर्ता या अगर यूं कहें कि मुख्य हमलावर 35 वर्षीय मोहम्मद जफार पुत्र ईसाक मोहम्मद को बड़ी मशक्कत के बाद एसपी योगेश यादव के निर्देशन में गठित टीमों ने दबोच लिया है ।
बीकानेर पुलिस के लिए यह कांड था बड़ा चैलेंज
मुख्य हमलावर जफ़ार के पकड़े जाने के बाद बीकानेर पुलिस ने राहत की सांस ली है क्योंकि जिस दिन से तेजू गहलोत पर जानलेवा हमला किया गया उस दिन के बाद से बीकानेर पुलिस दबाव में आ गई थी। आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी को लेकर तेजू समर्थक प्रदर्शनकारियों ने कोटगेट कचहरी में जमकर धरना प्रदर्शन किया था वंही कसाई बारी के इर्दगिर्द समाजसंकटों ने पत्थरबाजी कर माहौल को गर्माहट दे दी थी ।
चाणक्य नीति ने लगाई पार
पुलिस हमलावरों को दबोचने के लिए चाणक्य नीति से पूरे जोश के साथ ग्राउंड जीरो पर डटी हुई थी । जिसके फलस्वरूप 24 घण्टे होने से पहले ही दो आरोपियों को धर लिया गया और अब तक 6 आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया जा चुका है वंही दो बाल अपचारियों को निरुद्ध किया गया है। पुलिस के अनुसार गिरफ्तार किए गए आरोपियों से हमले में इस्तेमाल किये गए हथियार जिसमे एक देशी पिस्तौल कटटा मय 05 कारतूस , एक तलवार , एक लोहे का पाईप व लोहे का खुरचा बरामद किया जा चुका है ।
पकड़े गए सभी आरोपी पुलिस रिमांड पर
पूर्व में गिरफ्तार किए गए सभी अभियुक्तों न्यायालय में पेश किया गया जंहा से न्यायालय ने 10 जनवरी तक तक पुलिस रिमाण्ड पर सौंपा है । वंही इस कांड में फरार आरोपियों की धरपकड़ के लिए पुलिस की अलग अलग टीमें संभावित ठिकानों पर दबिश दे रही है।
विवादित दुकान पुलिस के पजेशन में..
विवादित दुकान दुबई दरबार रेस्टोरेन्ट को कुर्की हेतु इस्तगासा न्यायालय में पेश किया गया था जिसमें एडीएम सीटी बीकानेर ने कोटगेट एसएचओ को रिसीवर नियुक्त करने का आदेश दिया गया । न्यायालय के आदेशों की पालना में कोटगेट थानाधिकारी ने विवादित दुकान का नियमानुसार कब्जा पुलिस के अधीन लेकर कुर्क कर सिल्ड मोहर किया है ।
इस तरह दिया वारदात को अंजाम
गौरतलब है,बीती 3 जनवरी को शाम के 5.30 के करीब रेलवे ग्राउंड के समीप तेजकरण गहलोत व प्रकाश माली पर आरोपी मौहम्मद गुल व अन्य आरोपियों द्वारा फायरिंग व तलवारों से जानलेवा हमला किया गया था जिसमें तेजकरण के पैर में गोली मारकर उसे बुरी तरह मारपीट कर आरोपी उसे अधमरा छोड़ कर फरार हो गए थे। मारपीट की घटना को लेकर प्रकाश सोलंकी द्वारा कोटगेट थाने में आरोपियों के खिलाफ रिपोर्ट पेश की गई जिस पर कोटगेट थाने करने पर प्रकरण दर्ज किया गया।
हमलावरों की धरपकड़ में ये टीमें जुटी है युद्धस्तर पर

Bikaner. The hard work of the police is paying off in the recent famous Sohankothi firing case of Bikaner, where one after the other attackers are coming under the grip of the police. On Friday, the Bikaner police got a big success, in which the conspirator of this case or if say that the main attacker, 35-year-old Mohammad Zafar son Isaak Mohammad, after a lot of effort, the teams formed under the direction of SP Yogesh Yadav have been caught.
This scandal was a big challenge for Bikaner Police
After the main attacker Jafar was caught, the Bikaner police breathed a sigh of relief as the Bikaner police came under pressure from the day Teju Gehlot was fatally attacked. For the arrest of the accused, the pro-Tezu protesters had staged a dharna in the Kotgate court, while the social crises around the butcher bari had heated up the atmosphere by pelting stones.
Chanakya Niti crossed
The police stood at Ground Zero with full enthusiasm from Chanakya Niti to nab the attackers. As a result of which two accused were arrested before 24 hours and till now 6 accused have been arrested while two child abusers have been arrested. According to the police, the weapons used in the attack, including a country-made pistol, five cartridges, a sword, an iron pipe and an iron scrap have been recovered from the arrested accused.
All the accused caught on police remand
All the accused arrested earlier were presented in the court from where the court has handed over the police remand till January 10. At the same time, different teams of police are raiding the possible places to nab the absconding accused in this case.
Disputed shop in police possession ..
The disputed shop Dubai Durbar Restaurant was presented in the Istagasa Court for attachment, in which ADM CT Bikaner ordered Kotgate SHO to be appointed as receiver. In compliance with the orders of the court, the Kotgate Police Officer has attached the sealed seal by taking possession of the disputed shop under the police as per the rules.
Execution of the crime given in this way
It is worth noting that on January 3, at around 5.30 pm, Tejkaran Gehlot and Prakash Mali were attacked by the accused Mohammad Gul and other accused with firing and swords, in which Tejkaran was shot in the leg and beat him badly. The accused fled leaving him dead. A report was presented against the accused by Prakash Solanki in Kotgate police station regarding the incident of assault, on which a case was registered at Kotgate police station.
